There will be two lucky winners, that will win either a "green with envy" or "feelin' blue" Hard Candy eyeshadow Pallete.  The winners will also recieve toe spacers either in zebra or cheetah, and a nail polish from "PURE ICE" in either color of "Spitfire" which is a pink sparkle color very similar to the Katy Perry "Teenage Dream" nail polish, or "Sheer Luck" which is a really pretty green and blue sparkle nailpolish.
